Hands-on review: ZVEX Effects Fuzz Probe

I got this little amp off of ebay for about $40.

For being so small, it's surprisingly powereful. The reverb sounds pretty alive, with the added feature of a stomp switch. With the gain up, you can get a nice crunch.

The presence knob...what does it do? There is a bit of static when changing volumes. The reverb goes nuts if the amp is jostled (not surprisingly). The stomp switch for the reverb is a little tricky, sometimes.

It seems to be a very high quality amp. I've had absolutely no problems with it. It seems to be built quite solid and sturdy.

I love this little amp, its got the power I need to practice with, or jam a little, and the features found in a more expensive amp.
